As Vice President of Academic Advancement, Dr. Rita Toliver-Roberts holds over 20 years' experience working in higher education. She is responsible for Peirce's academic programs, graduate and undergraduate faculty, strategic partnerships, institutional and academic program accreditation, articulation agreements, academic partnerships and curriculum. As a member of the faculty, Dr. Toliver-Roberts teaches psychology, sociology and organizational leadership and management courses.
As a transformational leader committed to closing the educational divide, Dr. Toliver-Roberts continuously promotes the importance of lifetime and higher learning. Dr. Toliver-Roberts is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Wilson Harrison Education Foundation in New Jersey.
Dr. Toliver-Roberts graduated from Rowan University attaining degrees in Educational Leadership (Ed.D) and Psychology (B.A). She also earned a degree in Counseling (M.A.) from Rider University.
