Description: Responsible for the development of graduate courses in Higher Education Leadership. Course topics include: Theories of Adult Education, Accreditation & Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, Developing Trends in Higher Education, Student Services, Enrollment Management, Instructional Technology, and Online Learning.

SMEs will be hired during the Winter/Spring of 2021 and beyond to develop hybrid courses for the Peirce Fit delivery mode in collaboration with the faculty and instructional design teams.

SMEs may also have the opportunity to teach these courses within Higher Education Leadership beginning the Summer of 2021.

Admissions Advisor

Description:

Peirce College is seeking an experienced admissions advisor encourages prospective students by progressing them from inquiry to enrolled status, and providing them with all of the information necessary for successful entry into the College’s programs. Additionally, this position plans and performs enrollment activities to maximize enrollment goals, as well as represents the College in all internal and external functional enrollment, advising, and sales activities.

Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations

Description:

The Assistant Director, Enrollment Operations reinforces the work in the admissions department by managing the application cycle and performing daily CRM portal maintenance. As a database administrator within Salesforce, this person will ensure data integrity, monitor enrollment, and revamp the admissions application and enrollment process. This position reports to the Dean of Admissions and Corporate Partnerships. In the absence of the Dean, Admissions and Corporate Partnerships, the position reports directly to the Vice President of Enrollment Management.

Chief Advancement Officer / Vice President, Institutional Advancement

Description:

Peirce College seeks an experienced fundraiser and strategic development leader to serve as the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO)/Vice President, Institutional Advancement. The College is a 155+ year old independent institution in Philadelphia, exclusively serving adult students.

The CAO provides vision, leadership, and direction for all initiatives aimed at enhancing the College's development and philanthropic efforts, including corporate and foundation giving. The CAO oversees the next phase of post pandemic fundraising efforts aimed at the region’s recovery and the College’s role in helping people transform their lives through education and training.

The CAO reports to the President, and works closely with the Board of Trustees, and leaders across the College to plan and seek the philanthropic support to move the College’s strategic goals forward. A member of the President’s Council, the CAO serves as the chief fundraising officer for the College. The incumbent serves as the liaison to the Board of Trustees Advancement Committee to provide stewardship and oversight of advancement and fundraising efforts.

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced financial aid representative to serves as the central point of contact for all student needs regarding financial aid including counseling, packaging, and verification of documentation.

Learning Communities Leader

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced supplemental instructor(s) to facilitate weekly group review sessions for students in ENG 101, MAT 101, and other designated courses. This position attends all classes for designated course(s), is familiar with course assignments, and prepares materials for weekly group review sessions. Additionally, this position models successful student behavior and learning strategies, focuses on “how to learn” as well as “what to learn”, and keeps accurate records of all sessions as stipulated by grant requirements.
