Sales & Client Service/Customer Experience

Students in the Sales & Client Service/Customer Experience track earn up to 16 stackable credits, including an undergraduate certificate in Client Service, which apply directly to undergraduate degree programs at Peirce College.

Graduates will be able to explain key elements of successful customer service, demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with others, identify and use fundamental skills required for academic and professional success and understand the importance of their role to the success of the organization.

Peirce counselors will connect graduates with employment opportunities in the region and help them apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and leverage the College’s alumni network.
